By purchasing any product or service buyer automatically agrees to Lucky Hoodoo Products Inc. terms of service and policies.

No promise or guarantee of results are suggested or implied within the written description of any product or service. All items and services are sold as novelties/curios and for entertainment purposes only with no guarantee of outcome. 

Buyer must be 18 years or older.

By contracting for spiritual services you acknowledge that Miss Alice and Lucky Hoodoo Products Inc. make no guarantees that the work will result in the desired outcome, within the desired time frame, or at all.

No claim is made to diagnose or treat any illness, disease, medical condition or psychological problem with the use of Lucky Hoodoo products or services. 

No claim is made to provide professional legal or financial advice in any product or service description, report or email correspondence. 

All products are for external use only.

All written and intellectual content, photos, artwork, graphics and videos remain the sole copyright property of Lucky Hoodoo Products Inc. and cannot be copied or duplicated in any manner without written authorization from Lucky Hoodoo Products Inc.

In the case buyer files a claim/dispute with Pay Pal or with their bank/credit card company: In order to protect our business against fraudulent or frivolous claims all tracking numbers, personal emails, reports, photos and buyer addresses will be provided for review by Pay Pal or buyers bank to resolve the matter.

Lucky Hoodoo Products reserves the right not accept any orders from any buyer who files a dispute or who we view as unsuitable for our products or services.

All client information remains confidential except in the event there is a legal necessity or a transaction dispute filed for any consultation or purchase of products or services.

REFUND POLICY - TANGIBLE ITEMS:  NO REFUNDS. All sales of tangible items are final. No refunds, changes, adjustments, or cancellations can be made once an order has entered processing. We do not accept returns. We cannot restock most items, as they are individually custom-made items.

REFUND POLICY - SERVICES:  NO REFUNDS. Service bookings can be cancelled but not refunded. Once a service is ordered time and product preparation has been invested into it. This includes preliminary time spent reading correspondence, answering emails and compiling information.  Your order for the service is a reservation which takes up the day it is scheduled on.  This in turn eliminates the date for any other client who may want to purchase a service for that day.
