 USA SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are shipped United States Postal Service (USPS) using either Priority Mail or Ground Service depending on weight, size and destination of order. Orders usually ship within 10 business days from the time we receive payment. Please note, all products are hand made, therefore delays may occur with shipping times if there are numerous orders ahead of yours.

DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGE POLICY

Shipping charges automatically include postal insurance. We only ship United States Postal Service (USPS). Policy for damaged or lost packages that have been shipped within the USA: save packing slip, all items and packing materials, including the shipping box. It is the customers responsibility to contact USPS and make the appropriate claim for the damaged or lost package. You will need to contact USPS and fill out a lost or damaged claim report and request that all monetary awards be issued in your name. If there is anything we can do to help in the process we will do so expediently.

Invalid Shipping Information, Failure to Receive Your Package and Failure to Pick Up Your Package

If you have provided us with an incorrect shipping address and your package is returned to us you will be required to pay again to have it reshipped. If you miss delivery of your package and it ends up being held at your local Post Office it becomes your responsibility to pick it up within 10 days. If you fail to do so, and the package comes back to us you must pay the exact shipping charges to have it shipped again. Failure to pay the shipping charges will relinquish all moneys and rights to your ownership of the package and it contents.

REFUND and RETURN POLICY

Due to the special nature of all our products and services which are custom made, specially prepared or performed, there are no returns, exchanges or refunds.  All sales are final.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International Shipping/Handling Charges will be billed separately to the email address on the order. PAYMENT OPTIONS: Pay Pal Account or Pay Pal Guest Check Out which accepts all major credit cards: Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover Card. 

PAYMENT PROCESS INTERNATIONAL ORDERS 

All International orders will be charged shipping/handling cost separately. The shopping cart will only reflect the total cost of merchandise. It will not reflect payment due for International shipping/handling. Charges are determined based on weight, box size and destination. A Pay Pal "money request" will be sent to the email address on your order. PAYMENT OPTIONS: Pay Pal Account or Pay Pal Guest Check Out which accepts all major credit cards accepted: Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover Card.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY 

Orders are shipped United States Postal Service using either Priority Mail International or First Class depending on weight, box size and destination. Orders are not processed until shipping charges have been received. 

International orders are shipped using United States Postal Service International Priority Mail or First Class. Once the packages are posted we are no longer responsible for them. Proof of shipment on our part relieves us of all monetary responsibilities on your order. You are responsible for all duties and tariffs charged by customs. It is the customers responsibility to check the rules of their country for restrictions on any of the products (some contain plants and herbs). We will not provide refunds for items seized by customs on the way into your country. Policy for damaged or lost packages: It is the customers responsibility to contact the carrier and make the appropriate claim for the damaged or lost package. If there is anything we can do to help in the process we will do so expediently
