Starting date notifications are sent from Lucky Hoodoo Products within one day of ordering.  Candle Burning Reports are sent to the email address you have provided on your order within one week after your candle has expired.

The same two types of candles you have chosen will be used throughout the burning time. We burn as many candles it takes to fill the burning time you ordered. Estimated number of each candle used per monthly burning is usually 4-5.

IF SENDING PHOTOS PLEASE IDENTIFY THE PERSON IN THE PHOTO AND INCLUDE THE ORDER NUMBER. PHOTOS MUST BE RECEIVED THE SAME DAY ORDER IS PLACED OTHERWISE THEY WILL NOT BE USED
